Our commitment
We want everyone to be able to use this website, including people who use a screen reader, a keyboard instead of a mouse, screen zoom or other assistive technology. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA.
What we've done
The site is built to be accessible from the start, not with an add-on toolbar. Text meets the contrast guidelines. Every button, link and field has a name that screen readers announce. Everything works with a keyboard, with a visible outline showing where you are, and a link at the top skips straight to the content. Pages fit small screens and zoom up to 400% without scrolling sideways. Animations stop if your device asks for reduced motion, and the Spanish pages are marked as Spanish so screen readers switch voices.
How we check
We checked the site in English and Spanish, at desktop and phone sizes, with automated tests and by hand on October 29, 2026. We check again when the site changes.
Known limits
We haven't yet tested with every screen reader and device. Booking pages or other services we link to are run by other companies and follow their own accessibility policies.
Tell us about a problem
If something on this site is hard to use, please tell us the page and what happened. We'll get back to you, usually within 2 business days, and give you the information another way if you need it, for example by phone or email.
